  • Free comprehensive pre-purchase contract and Section 32 checking.

IF BUYING:

  • We organise your Transfer of Name on Pexa

  • Liaise with all parties involved in the conveyance .eg: Banks, Real Estate Agent and Vendors representative.

  • Organise stamp duty for the Purchaser

  • Review contract with the purchaser/s
